Week 3 weigh in for my 13 week weight loss challenge

Well, the Hilton Head trip was a setback but I can recover and have plenty of time, so I'm not going to let that discourage me.  I know that I can still reach my goal.  Focus, Focus, Focus. 

My weight loss goal is 20 lbs.
